Sharing Indonesia’s Heritage Through Movement and Music
Our Programs
Nusantara Budaya offers a variety of cultural programs that showcase Indonesia's artistic traditions, drawing from the rich tapestry of customs found across the archipelago's 17,000+ islands.
-
Our Traditional Dance Performances showcase the rich diversity of Indonesia's cultural heritage through authentic choreography, costumes, and music. All performances are conducted by dancers in authentic traditional costumes. Our repertoire continues to expand as we work with master teachers from various Indonesian regions to preserve and share these living art forms.
-
Our Musical Performances showcase the melodic diversity of Indonesia's traditional and contemporary sounds. All musical performances are led by professionally trained vocalists who bring authenticity and technical excellence to each presentation.
-
Our Community Partnerships program builds bridges between Indonesian culture and diverse communities across the United States by participating in multicultural celebrations where we showcase Indonesian traditions alongside other global cultures.
